If any commodity in the facility should become out of condition, the Colonel's Island Bulk Facility Management, after routine prior notification to the customer, reserves the right to order same out on three days notice and if not removed from the elevator before expiration of that time, the facility management shall have the right to remove and dispose of such commodity with all incurred expense for the account of owner of said commodity.
