RULE:  34-040
ISSUED:  August 15, 2000 EFFECTIVE:  September 01, 2000
SUBJECT:  INSPECTION AND WEIGHING

Unless otherwise agreed to by Facility Management, all inbound grain shall be inspected and graded in accordance with standards established under the United States Grain Standards Act and any special tests as deemed necessary shall be performed before being received into and discharged from the elevator.  Fees for inspection, grading and weighing on all commodities to be set by the Federal Grain Inspection Service and other licensed independent inspection agencies, and such fees will be for the account of the cargo.
