ISSUED: August 15, 2000	EFFECTIVE: September 01, 2000
SUBJECT: CONDITIONING The facility management reserves the right after due diligence to treat or otherwise recondition any agricultural commodity in the elevator which in its judgment is in need of such handling without prior knowledge or consent of the owner. Owner shall be liable for payment of all charges resulting from weight shrinkage of the commodity.
