ISSUED:  December 07, 2010 EFFECTIVE:  January 15, 2011
SUBJECT:  TREATING, CONDITIONING, CLEANING, DRYING, SCREENING, ETC.

Malathion treating                                                            5 cents per bushel
Treating of insect infestation in facility                                 7 cents per bushel
Mixing or turning (all weight loss to be borne by owner)         4 cents per bushel
Cleaning                                                                         9 cents per bushel
Drying, to a minimum of 14% moisture:
          up to 17% moisture                                                8 cents per bushel
          up to 20% moisture                                               9 1/2 cents per bushel
          up to 25% moisture                                               12 1/4 cents per bushel
Above 25% or below 14% by special arrangement

A shrinkage factor of 1/4 of 1% will be applied against all agricultural commodities being cleaned.  In all instances, actual losses in weight will be charged against the owner of the commodity.

Commodities which arrive at the facility infested will be unloaded only in specific circumstances and with prior approval of facility management.  It will be the responsibility of the shipper to fumigate such cargo at shippers expense.  Any and all associated or allied expenses shall also be for the account of the shipper.
