Unless otherwise provided herein, charges for standby labor will be assessed a minimum of two (2) hours against the party requesting services or causing delays, and will be charged to delays, including the shortage of railcars, trucks, vessel arrivals, trimming, loss of productivity during any operation, or any other delay not attributable to the Colonel's Island Bulk Facility.

Straight Time and Overtime                            $900.00 per hour
