The following rates apply on all vessels or barges (except Panamax class vessels*).  Orders for line handling must be received at the respective terminal no later than 1400 hours (2:00 PM) on the first working day prior to vessel arrival.

*When providing line handling services for Panamax class vessels, the Authority will assess an additional $300.00 for each service listed above.

Detention will be assessed after the first two (2) hours.  Detention is assessed in increments of one-half (1/2) hour or fractional part thereof. Rates are as follows:

Hours of Operation for line handling are as follows:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
(except holidays as specified in Rule 34-035)
