SUBJECT: STEVEDORE FACILITY USE FEE A charge of 35 cents per 2,000 pounds loaded from and/or to water conveyances shall be assessed to the cargo account or vessel performing operations at the Colonel's Island Bulk Terminal. When it is necessary for the Authority to lease other shore equipment to facilitate loading or unloading, there will be a minimum charge of $1,025.00 assessed.
