SUBJECT: RAILCAR CLEANING Hopper cars tendered for loading and found not suitable for loading by the Federal Grain Inspection Service, or other independent agencies, will be cleaned by the Elevator upon request from the customer. The charge for cleaning will be actual cost, but not less than $155.00 per car. The charge for railcar cleaning is in addition to the charges named in Rule 34-300 herein.
