The project consists of all work required for the construction of a 45-foot-long concrete trench that will contain an owner furnished conveyor under an existing rail track, a steel framed support platform for the owner furnished hard car unloaders (HCUs), and a building to enclose the new improvements at the Colonel's Island Bulk Facility in Brunswick, Georgia.  Work will entail casting concrete building foundations and floor within the building as well as installing all required electrical and mechanical provisions to operate the conveyor, HCUs and building electrical system.

This project consists of providing all materials, equipment, and labor required to complete the installation of a concrete washdown facility and associated utilities at the Ocean Terminal, Savannah, GA.  Site work includes grading and compaction of select material for subgrade, concrete paving and pavement marking.  Utility work includes the installation of new drainage piping, drop inlets, trench drain, stormwater treatment system, sanitary sewer system, water system, underground electrical conduits, safety lights and other ancillary items.

The work consists of accepting the delivery of one turbo sediment suspension unit, installation of associated guide pile, minimal excavation at the turbo unit location, cutting valve box opening in the existing dock structure, installation of mechanical piping and control wiring, installation of the turbo unit on the guide pile and assistance in start up operations.

This project will consist of installation of pproximately 1100 LF of steel sheet pile bulkhead, approximately 300 pre-stressed concrete piles and concrete pile cap/deck at the Garden City Terminal. The project will include cutting and removing the existing concrete deck for access, installation of new sheet piling, installation of concrete piles and placing flowable fill between new and existing sheet piles. Project consists of a new gravity and force main sewer system extending the existing system from the gate to a new sanitary lift station near the main entrance gate at Colonel's Island Terminal

The project includes modification of ramps and fenders to Berth 1 & 2 at Colonel's Island to increase capacity for heavy RoRo cargo.

The project includes the installation of 120 laser scanners on Georgia Ports Authority Rubber Tired Gantry cranes.  Owner will furnish the laser scanners.
