This program will also teach you how to use Lotus Notes for your daily planning. A FranklinCovey Planner will be provided to participants who desire to use this planning method.

Life Is A Series of Presentations
The course is based on the book by Tony Jeary, Life Is A Series of Presentations, and is designed for anyone who wants to communicate more confidently and persuasively. In this course, “presentations” are defined as any opportunity to inspire, inform, and influence others. Opportunities include e-mail, voice-mail, telephone conversations, one-on-one interactions, presentations to small groups, and formal presentations with large groups. Through a video explanation and demonstration, as well as a variety of discussions, exercises, and practices, you will learn to apply a communications model to follow whenever you want to inspire, inform, or influence others.

Sexual Harassment Training
Let’s Get Honest is a mandatory sexual harassment course for all GPA employees that teaches employees how to avoid inappropriate behavior at work and provides practical tools to help employees filter their behavior before they act or speak. If you or any of your employees have not yet taken this course, please contact Carolyn Smalls for enrollment.

What’s My Leadership Style?
