Employees and retirees covered under GPA’s Group Medical Plan can now go online to view personal medical and dental claims, prescriptions, flexible spending account information, and the latest listing of network physicians and facilities.  To view your information, just log on to this valuable site and follow the instructions below.

1. Log on to Primary PhysicianCare’s website - www.primarypc.com or click the logo above.
   
2. Find MEMBERS green square in bottom left corner and click on “GO” button.
3. Find MEMBER LOGIN box on the right and enter username and password; click on “LOGIN” button (first time users can register by selecting “New user?” link at the bottom of box).

• Change Password -You may change your PPC website access password with this link.
• Search Providers - You may access the latest listing of PPO providers simply by clicking on this link, select continue and then select “St. Joseph's/Candler Care Network” logo.  Click on the drop down box next to “my company” and choose GA Ports Authority, then select “Find”.

• My Profile - Update password and e-mail address with this online form.
• My Eligibility - View your current coverage tiers, as well as covered family members.
• My Claims History - Access your historical claims, as well as your detailed Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and claim status.
• My Dependents Claims History - Access list of historical claims, as well as your detailed Explanation of Benefits and claim status for your dependents covered by the Plan.
• My Prescriptions History - Access your individual claims for prescriptions purchased through the prescription card plan.
• My Deductibles - View your deductible and out-of-pocket expense accumulators.
• My Pharmacy Benefits - View an outline of program details for your prescription drug plan.

• Flex Balances - View available balances for your Dependent Care and/or Medical Flexible Spending Account.
• Flex Claims - View status of Flex Account claims submissions.
• Flex Reimbursement Form - Use this form to submit claims for reimbursement from your Medical Flexible Spending Account.
• Submit Dep. Flex Claim - Use this form to submit claims for reimbursement from your Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account.

• Health Plan Documents - Access your Health Plan Document from this link.
• Forms - Access a list of important documents that can be downloaded and filled out, or simply viewed.
• Ask Customer Service - Send a direct e-mail message to PPC; this link also includes address and phone numbers for PPC customer service.
