This project consists of the construction of a storm drainage treatment system on Container Berths 4, 5 and 6 at the Garden City Terminal.

The project consists of the construction of two (2) lift stations and associated sewer system on the Garden City Terminal.  The work includes the installation of the lift stations and a force main to connect to existing sewer line. 

The project consists of the design of approximately 9,000 feet of rail track that extends from the Georgia Central Railroad mainline into the Mega Site property to the area near the Mitsubishi plant (currently under construction, and will consist of four separate contracts to include 1.) Clearing & Grubbing, 2.) Civil Sitework, 3.) Access Track Work and 4.) Access bridge over Savannah-Ogeechee Canal. 

Project consists of the demolition and replacement of an existing 760-foot-long fender system with steel piles and timber chocks, wharf deck demolition to facilitate the installation of four (4) new deck beams and bollards, replacement of wharf curbing, demolition and replacement of armoring for a 120-foot-long expansion joint, replacement of wharf deck drain covers and recoating of wharf bollards.

Project consists of design customization of a Kone RTG and Kone STS crane simulator.  Work includes the design, manufacturer commissioning and training of the simulator.  Request for Proposal will be based on best value.

The project consists of recoating the interior and exterior of the 150,000 gallon elevated water tank at the Colonel's Island Terminal, the tank's supporting steel structure and the tank's masonry pump house.  The work includes structural repairs to improve tank access for maintenance such as replacing the tank's internal ladder, access hatch and catwalk decking and replace vents.  The tank will also require a new bird screen.

This project consists of the installation of the electrical distribution system to provide power to approximately 220 wheeled reefer slots within Container Berth 3 at the Garden City Terminal.  The work includes furnishing and installing feeder center panels, pulling wires and installing owner-furnished gang-box assemblies.
