Specific project insurance requirements are determined on an individual project basis. However, all contractors performing work on the GPA’s property must comply with the GPA’s basic insurance requirements.
- General Liability: $1,000,000 Limit (per occurrence)
- General Auto: $1,000,000 Limit (per occurrence)
- Workers’ Compensation: Proof of Coverage
All projects of $40,000 or more require Payment and Performance Bonds.
