The project consists of paving for parking, fence work, landscaping and grassing at the Annex 1 and Annex 2 (formerly Garden City City Hall) Building Sites at the Garden City Terminal.

This project consists of providing all materials, equipment, utilities and labor required for the complete installation of an Owner-furnished UPS and the provision (furnish and installation) of an automating transfer switch, panelboard, enclosed circuit breakers, wiring and conduit at Gate 4 of the Garden City Terminal.  Additional work includes providing a lighting protection system for the area consisting of aerial points, wiring, down leads and ground rods.

The project consists of reconstructing a culvert crossing under a portion of State Route 25 adjacent to the Garden City Terminal.  The work includes demolition of the existing culvert crossing and construction of new culverts with headwalls. 

The project consists of the installation of a 200 HP air compressor, associated supply piping and metal building enclosure at the Container Berth 9,Garden City Terminal.
