The project consists of the installation of two (2) owner-furnished Hard Car Unloaders (HCUs) at the Georgia Ports Authority's Colonel's Island Bulk Facility in Brunswick, GA.  This work will include the construction of a new conveying system under the rail tracks at the entrance of the rail receiving building and pit, a common support platform for the HCUs, and a metal structure to enclose the new improvements as well as electrical provisions, additional dust control, lighting and fall protection.

Project consists of dynamic compaction, eathwork operations to install storm drainage culverts and to develop spur track beds, construction of gravel access road, security fencing, and final grading/grassing of the project site. The project is located at the Garden City Terminal, Garden City, Georgia. 

Project consists of the installation of 6,000 LF of new rail spur tracks and eight (8) turnouts including ballast on the prepared subgrades.  The turnout required at the intersection with the Norfolk Southern Foundation Lead Track will be installed by Norfolk Southern.  Site work on the project will be performed by a separate contractor including the construction of the rail track subgrades and subballast.  The project is located at the Garden City Terminal, Garden City, Georgia.

Project consists of design/build services required to complete the construction of a new Command, Control and Credentialing Center building at the Colonel's Island Terminal, Brunswick, Georgia.  This is a 2,000 SF building to house the operations of the Georgia Ports Authority Port Police.  Work will include all design, project management, pre-construction, and construction phase services.  This Request for Proposals (RFP) is from the previously selected short list of four (4) firms.

Project consists of the construction of several storm water detention areas which includes clearing, demolition, erosion control, grading and approximately 1,600 LF of storm drainage pipe.  Work also includes the replanting of wetland vegetation throughout the detention areas.  The project is located at the Garden City Terminal, Garden City, Georgia.

Project consists of providing labor, materials, equipment, and services required for the complete and total removal and disposal off the Georgia Ports Authority's property the demolition and dismantling of bulk handling gantry cranes designated as: 1.) Dravo clamshell type ship unloader gantry crane currently located on the upstream end of Berth 3, East River Terminal, Brunswick, Georgia and 2.) Colby steel and manufacturing 16 ton grab bucket ship unloader gantry crane that is currently located at East River Terminal Berth1/Lanier Dock, Brunswick, Georgia.
