Port of Columbus


Port Columbus is a dedicated liquid bulk facility located on the Chattahoochee River. Owned by the Georgia Ports Authority and leased to a private terminal operator, the facility has convenient access to the Gulf of Mexico via the Tri-Rivers System (Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint Waterway). Port Columbus is equipped to handle a variety of liquid bulk cargoes via barge traffic.
