To: Subscribers and Users of GPA Terminal Tariff No. 5

Effective  April  1, 2012, the Georgia Ports Authority is increasing the charges for governmental inspections as provided for in the above referenced tariff.  In addition to this increase, we are making a few minor revisions to two rules. Details  are as follows:

Rule 34-132 TERMINAL USE FEE- Correcting a minor typographical error.  No financial impact.

Rule 34-370 BOATS, YACHTS AND/OR HULLS- Adding storage rates for boats, yachts or hulls exceeding 60 feet, but not exceeding 70 feet in length. No actual financial impact as these rates existed, but had not been published previously.

Rule 34-525 GOVERNMENT AGENCY INSPECTIONS- Increasing rates for partial and full inspections, as well as the facilitation fee, approximately five (5) per cent. This is the first increase on these rates since October 2008.

These changes will be available for viewing at www.gaports.com no later than March 15, 2012. Subscribers to Tariff No. 5 will receive the revised pages in PDF format prior to the effective date.

If anyone has any questions, please let me know.

Sincerely,
Robert D. Prescott
