To: Subscribers and Users of GPA Terminal Tariff No. 10

You were previously advised on March 3, 2008 by GPA’s Client Relations Center of the assessment of a charge against export loaded containers received via rail outside the seven day window allowed on such containers.

This assessment, which is effective April 1, 2008, created the need for a minor revision in the tariff language of Terminal Tariff No. 10 applicable at the Mason ICTF. This revision pertains to the definition of the term “Supplemental Lift”.

The term is now called “Supplemental Rail Lift” and specifically covers export loaded containers received without proper booking information or too early. It reads as follows:

A charge assessed against any loaded export container received via rail carrier without proper pre-advice information (See GPA Tariff # 5, Rule 34-489) or received outside he seven-day window (see GPA Tariff # 5, Rule 34-475).

The revisions to Tariff 10 will be available on our website, www.gaports.com, on or about March 26, 2008. For parties, which subscribe to this tariff, the revised pages will be mailed as usual.

If anyone has any questions, please let me know.

Sincerely,

Robert D. Prescott
